Board Expectations

  • Concerns and issues will be dealt with in a timely and respectful manner
  • Schedule and plan board and member meetings and AGM
  • Take care of market finances responsibly
  • Pay the market manager bi-weekly, ensuring that all deductions are taken off the pay
  • Pay market manager monthly for cell phone fee – the amount to be decided on a yearly basis
  • Pay all market bills – rent, insurance, memberships
  • Apply for grants when applicable
  • Ensure rules and regs are being followed
  • Liaison with Town Of New Glasgow
  • Yearly review of all job descriptions and expectations
