The New Glasgow Farmers Market is a year round Market. We are open every Saturday January -December 16, 2017. We do close for a short break over the holidays to allow vendors and staff to spend time with their families.
We are proud to showcase the hard work and talents of many farmers, food producers, craft breweries, distilleries, wineries and artisans of all mediums. During the peak season we are home to more than 70 vendors and over the winter season, we have more than 40 that rotate with us on a regular basis.
Please note that in order to be a vendor at our Market, you must make, bake or grow 75% of the products that you sell at the Market. If you are unsure, please send us your application or drop us a not and we will get back to you.
You do not have to sell every week, you can come as a Casual (Occasional) vendor as well.
In order to be considered for the Market, a completed application (found below) must be submitted. Photos are required for items other than primary products. Applications are reviewed based on the current needs and balance of the Market. Please note that as a registered Farmers Market, primary producers are given priority, followed by food producers.
You will be notified upon acceptance. Please allow 7-10 days for approval. If you are accepted, it does not necessarily mean we can meet all of your scheduling requests though we do try our best.
We are now accepting applications for the 2017 season and are always looking especially for Primary producers (vegetables, fruits, etc.).
Please check back regularly for updates. We understand that not all products fit these descriptions neatly but the following list is a guideline. If you need clarification about your product, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
We have reached capacity and are not currently accepting applications for the following items:
