Meet Heather MacDonald.
Heather has always had an interest in photography. She started Wonderland Photography when she graduated from the photography program at Holland College in PEI. For the past 6 or 7 years she has been concentrating on photographing Pictou County, especially older buildings and landmarks that are being destroyed or abandoned. She thinks it is important to preserve our local history.
Heather has been with the market for a number of years and still enjoys being a vendor at the New Glasgow Farmers Market every week. She says “It’s a great place to share my work with public and to meet new people who have a shared interest in photography.”
